Description

Overview

This course is aimed at students who wish to learn how to develop applications in Java. This course will also provide an overview of Object Oriented Programming concepts using Java.

Objectives

To understand fundamentals of object-oriented programming in Java which includes defining classes, invoking methods, using class libraries.
To create Java application programs using sound OOP practices such as interfaces, APIs and error exception handling.
Using API to solve real world problems.

Prerequisites

Understanding of basic language features of Java
Free Eclipse IDE or any other Java development environment
