Payment Plans
Payment plans are subject to pre-approval. Credit will be given over a maximum of 3 months. If a late payment occurs we reserve the right to charge a late payment fee of £50.00 per late invoice.
Refunds
We endeavour to provide suitable and accurate course descriptions and provide you with full uninterrupted course content.
We reserve the right to amend advertised courses at our discretion.
All course fees are refundable, in full within 14 days of purchase as long as the course voucher has not been redeemed. Course fees are non refundable after 14 days.
The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a)
are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer or
in relation to the subject matter of this disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort
(including negligence) and for breach of statutory duty.
