NVQ’s are provided at Levels 2, 3 & 4
NVQ Construction Site Supervision (Construction)
All the above workers need to have experience within their trade to be able to apply and have a good level of English.
We don’t require you to attend any college or course or classroom all assessments can be taken on site whilst you work. Gain an NVQ within 6 weeks to 3 months without enrolling on an expensive college course and at a fraction of the cost.
This course covers the following areas with 6 modules and onsite assessment.
- Introduction, NVQ induction and health and safety
- Leadership and management
- Communication and customer care
- Environment and sustainability
- Planning, programming and logistics
- Resource management (cost, cash and risk)
- Onsite assessment visits
THE PROCESS
NVQ Certificate achieved once successfully verified and signed off.
REQUIREMENTS
Experienced construction workers
Must already be working in a supervisory role
Good level of English
RECENT CHANGES
Most sites now require some sort of proof of competence to carry out your role. Whilst the rules in construction are tightening there will be a time where all workers will require either an NVQ or training certificate in health and safety etc.
With the above you can go on to work on all sites and purse a career at a higher position
